Welcome to the KCMO blog

Hello all and welcome to the Kings Can Move On website and blog. For those of you that have been following us and listening to our podcast, thank you and welcome. To those that are finding us for the first time, allow me to introduce myself and my co-host. My name is Jason Stewart, a.k.a. Lil Jay, and my co-host is Frank Raney, a.k.a. Frank da Tank. We are the hosts of the Kings Can Move On Podcast that is available on YouTube, Apple podcasts, Spotify, Google, iHeart radio, and all other podcast platforms. We cover a variety of topics with a focus on speaking on issues that we feel with benefit and help our young men and women. We like to interview interesting people with great personal stories to highlight successes and triumphs over obstacles. We also like to keep things light and entertaining for our listeners so that we all have fun on this journey. Anyway, this is just our intro to our website and blog.
